115 YEARS SINCE THE BIRTH OF MUKHAMEDZHAN KARATAYEV!

Academician of the Academy of Sciences, Doctor of philology, professor,
Honored scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
the 115th anniversary of the birth of the laureate of the prize Mukhamedzhan Karatayev is celebrated. Mukhametzhan
Kozhasbayevich on December 27, 1910, Abdilda Tazhibayev, now Kyzylorda region
he was born in the village. In 1933, he graduated from the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute and since 1934
he began to engage in literary activities: participated in the creation of school textbooks,
he began writing critical articles.He studied Kazakh literature since the 30s as a critic-scientist
